Chicago Willy Dog

Ingredients:

All beef wiener

Poppy seed bakery hot dog bun lightly toasted

Chopped Cucumber

Chopped Onions

Chopped Sport Peppers or Pepperoncini

Yellow Mustard

Chopped Tomato

Dill Pickle Spear

Celery Salt

Instructions on Constructions:

Place the dog on the toasted bun and add a squiggle of mustard

Then load on cucumber, peppers, onion, tomato and dill pickle spear

Sprinkle a dash of celery salt on top

Now you are ready to enjoy the game the same way they do at the ball park!

The Chicago dog is a standard fair served off of any hot dog cart in the Chicago area and has spread to hot dog stands around the country.
